What We Will Do

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Notify the user responsible for posting the content

  • Allow the user to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error


Counter-Notification (Optional)

If you believe that content you posted on our website was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email

  2. Identification of the material and its original URL

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or another relevant authority)

  5. Your signature
